- I took my zune back to best buy and got a new one second one i have gotten both were 30gb zunes now i have a 120gb zune hope this one is better. So glad i got a extended warranty on it

- I just had to replace my 30gb zune for the 2nd time it just froze up on the logo screen i sure hope that the 120gb one doesnt do the same thing i really like my zune hate being without it.  Glad i have a service plan on it
